Beaumont Service Center aimed to enhance its workspace environment by incorporating branded elements and a comprehensive wayfinding system. The goal was to create a cohesive, easily navigable space while reflecting the company’s culture and values through design. This included interior signage, directional systems, and branded graphics, as well as exterior signage to establish a strong sense of arrival.

The interior wayfinding system was designed to simplify navigation and create clear distinctions between different areas of the service center. We introduced a nomenclature system based on architectural features like elevators to name shared spaces, and color-coded levels with distinct "neighborhoods" to help employees and visitors find their way. Each neighborhood was designed with flexibility in mind, fostering community engagement and encouraged personal interactions among coworkers.

Working closely with the marketing team, we ensured that all design elements aligned with the brand’s identity, utilizing photography, mission statements, and values to create a unified look and feel. Branded graphics and wayfinding landmarks were added to key areas, particularly in conference spaces where guests are hosted for meetings. These elements not only guided visitors but also created a welcoming, brand-centric environment.

For exterior signage, we designed large monument signs and entry markers to establish a strong first impression and clear navigation from the outside in. Detailed message schedules and location plans were also created for each work area to support internal organization and ease of use.
